Currently, yes – the primary way to engage us is virtually. There are group packages available where care can be established in person. There may be other opportunities to establish care in person for those living in or around Southern Pines, NC (outside of FT Bragg NC). Contact us to inquire further about establishing care in person.  

No. We have chosen to operate unconstrained by insurance payers. We are able to provide medical diagnoses and documentation to support claims for reimbursement or coverage from your insurance (e.g., labs, medications, HSA/FSA accounts). We have bundled pricing and leveraged cash-pay discounts to the maximum extent possible. For those who qualify (e.g., Veteran SOF Operators, Firefighters, Law Enforcement Officers) there are funding opportunities to have your episode of care fully or partially funded. Everyone gets a medical screening as part of our packages. Our ability to provide medical care (providing medication treatment directly), however, depends on the service package you select and what state you engage us from (licensed in NC, VA, FL, CA currently).

We can coordinate to work with individuals or groups outside of the United States – but are required to comply with federal and state laws for the prescribing of medical treatments – and we may be limited by where the lab and supplement companies we partner with are able to reach. Understanding these limitations and constraints, we promise to find creative solutions or local resources to meet the intent of our treatment plans whenever possible.
